Account data (your email, optionally name and company); the spreadsheet files you upload; and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the Service.

3. Why we use it

To provide your account and the Service (contract), to process payments via our provider, to secure the Service and meet legal duties, and with your consent where required (e.g. support chat).

4. Processors

We share data only as needed with providers acting for us, including Gumroad, Inc. (payments, merchant of record), Tawk.to (live chat), and our web host.

5. Your uploaded files

Uploaded spreadsheets are used only to generate your reports. Do not upload third-party personal data unless you are entitled to. Deletion available on request.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and as legally required, then delete it.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data. Email support@werty.dev. You may complain to the Spanish authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. The support chat may set its own cookies.
