Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Subscriptions are managed through Gumroad — cancel from the link in your Gumroad receipt/email, or contact support@werty.dev.

Refunds

As Report Forge is a digital service delivered immediately, fees already charged are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. However: if the Service did not work as described or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review and, where appropriate, refund. EU consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, which we honour where it applies.

How to request

Email support@werty.dev with your account email and reason. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, access may be paused until payment succeeds.
