1. Who we are

Report Forge ("the Service") is operated by Adelino Rafailov, a self-employed individual (autónomo) in Spain, NIF Y7212298-H, Miguel de Cervantes 14, Spain. Contact: support@werty.dev.

2. The Service

Report Forge turns spreadsheet data (CSV, XLSX, XLS) into branded PDF reports. You are responsible for the data you upload and your right to use it.

3. Accounts

Provide an accurate email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be 18 or older.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., acting as merchant of record and handling billing and applicable taxes (including EU VAT). You also accept Gumroad's terms at checkout.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime; this stops future renewals. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, or process data you are not authorised to handle.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
